Flow Skate Park Association

Flow Skate Park is the brain-child of a Penns Grove police officer and local young people inspired by an incident involving a skateboarder.

The Flow Skate Park Association is interested in making sure that young people in town have a fun and safe activity for burning off energy in a positive way.
